No Cost or Obligation

There is absolutely no cost to you for our investigation of your potential claim. If we determine that we cannot represent you after we complete our investigation, you will not have to pay us anything. Although this rarely happens if you have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, rest assured that you will not be obligated for any of the costs of the investigation.

There are also no out-of-pocket legal costs or expenses for our representation. We do not charge clients an hourly fee or a retainer.
